Eiffel in Love
Being in love with your best friend is one of the hardest things you could ever do, or face.
Having to be around them constantly, always wanting to put a smile on their face, for more than the reason of simply being Just Friends. It’s exhausting. It’s painful.
It’s the biggest ‘So Close, Yet So Far’ hurdle you could ever hope to overcome. It’s the most painful, most bittersweet of unrequited loves.
Yet you keep on loving them, no matter how torn apart you get on the inside, because the best romance begins with the best friendship.
And for now, I’ll accept that that is all we’ll ever be.
